Barielle Summer Keys Collection-Swatches and Review

 *Press Samples
Hi there everyone, happy Sunday.  I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.  We've pretty much been having a very social weekend.  Friday we hung out with our friends playing video games, having a barbeque, and then watching the fireworks at our local forest preserve.  Yesterday we hung out at home, did some shopping, I did some swatching, and then we ended the night with a campfire around our fire pit with our neighbors.  Today is going to be pretty chill.  My MRI is tomorrow for my migraines so I suggested the hubby and I go on a bike ride to burn off some of the nervous energy I have.  After that I'll probably be swatching and watching Scandal :)

Today I have a bright, fun collection from Barielle, the Summer Keys Collection.  This collection consists of six colors, five creams and one jelly, and are all inspired by tropical locales.  At the risk of sounding really repetitive, I wanted to say that all six colors applied like a dream.  I used two easy, buttery coats for every polish below.

Panama Pina Colada-a creamy yellow with a sight hint of green

Just a quick bottle shot comparison between Barielle Banana Drop (on left) and Barielle Panama Pina Colada (on right).

Paradise in the Tropics-a dusty fuchsia cream

Topless in St Tropez-a peachy coral pink with barely there shimmer

Hawaiian Sunset-a deep orange with strong gold shimmer

Barefoot in Bermuda-a deep reddish pink cream

Miami Heat-a deep jelly red

Overall I'm pretty pleased with this collection.  I like the theme of the collection, the names of the colors, and the formulas were great.  The only thing I was a bit disappointed on was the lack of color variety.  Three reds in a collection of six colors is too many in my opinion.  I wish we would have seen a Caribbean blue, a zesty lime, or a vibrant orchid, but that's just me.  My favorites from this collection are Panama Pina Colada, Hawaiian Sunset, and Barefoot in Bermuda.  Which one is your favorite?
